• Develop and implement policies and procedures for software application and computer systems development and operations
• contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards; enable new products, services for business
• Assemble and manage teams of information systems personnel to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
• Rationalize solution offerings by performing map/gap analysis against current offering and market opportunities
• Own innovation and creativity to solve business problems, create new growth opportunities and deliver iterative quick win business value with end to end accountability
• Lead, support and champion initiatives across functional teams to translate product and service delivery strategies into successful business models by utilizing expert thought leadership, agile delivery and change management skills through effective collaboration & influence
• Advise and consult key stakeholders and business sponsors on prioritized initiatives; document business opportunities using experience, knowledge and prior success factors in support of the recommended strategy and alternatives
• Control the budget and expenditures of the department, company or project
• Represent the team as single point of contact for assigned deliverables and as a member of a core team, provide visibility and progress updates on status, risk identification and mitigation and key dependencies
• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise across select large-scale, complex initiatives; translate strategic business objectives and priorities into detailed business requirements to support new product development projects and system evolution roadmap

• Deep knowledge of Company’s business products & services, systems & tools
• Advanced proficiency with use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word; working knowledge of Visio

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, commerce or engineering
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in consulting, product/business development, product management or marketing
• Proven success leading new product/ service innovation and major change management projects with experience leading cross functional team
• Proven experience with all stages of the project development lifecycle, business requirement development and project management methods
• Strong IT technology and strategic leadership background
